Forge Mark

We use Forge Mark, our own analytics product, to see which of our marketing brings enquiries. When you send us an enquiry or book a call, we keep it in ClickUp, our CRM. Where you've allowed marketing cookies, Forge Mark shows our team your enquiry beside the pages you visited before and after it. Where you've allowed analytics cookies only, your visits are counted without your name. Where you've allowed none, we see your enquiry and nothing about your visit. You can change your cookie choice at any time.

ChatGPT ads

We advertise in ChatGPT. Where you've allowed marketing cookies, we tell OpenAI when you send us an enquiry or book a call, so we can see which of our ChatGPT ads brought it. We send a random reference for the enquiry, whether it was a form or a call, and the page you were on. We also send your email address as a hash: a one-way code OpenAI can match to its own records, never the address itself. OpenAI's pixel can hash the name and phone number in our forms the same way. It sets three cookies on our site. __oppref remembers the ChatGPT ad you clicked, for 30 days. __obref is a random reference for your browser, for 365 days. __oaiq_consent remembers your yes, for 30 days. It also tells OpenAI each time you open one of our pages, with that page's address and the page you came from. OpenAI also uses what we send for its own purposes, such as measuring and improving its ads, under its own privacy policy. Where you haven't allowed marketing cookies, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, nothing goes to OpenAI. You can change your cookie choice at any time.
